Jah Wobble Presents: Jasmine Flower Fusion

12th July, Pagoda Arts Centre

Inspired by their collaboration with Jah Wobble in 2008, the young people behind the Pagoda Chinese Youth Orchestra decided to fuse the traditional stylings of their Chinese folk background with grime, dub and reggae to create something 'cool' and modern.  John Wardle, one of the young musicians with the orchestra for over 10 years has stepped forward as Producer of this unique and intriguiging fusion.

Developed with Liverpool Music Service, the peice will be performed by the orchestra alongside Liverpool Signing Choir and presented by global music collaborationalist extraordinaire Jah Wobble.

Afternoon workshops will be running from 1-3pm (priced £10.00) with the evening performance at 7.30pm (price £10.00), both hosted at the Pagoda Arts Centre.  Full day passes are available for just £15.00.  Limited tickets will be available to purchase at the venue on the day, but book ahead here in advance to ensure you don't miss out.
