Businesses interested in learning more about trade, investment and other commercial opportunities in the USA should plan to visit the Hub during the week of 14-18 July, when they will be able to access information from a number of sources experienced in doing business with one of Britain’s key trading partners. Bilateral trade between the UK and USA is worth over £130 billion every year and to further lower trade barriers, EU and American officials are negotiating the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).

Outside of the Hub, a busy programme of conferences and events, with a focus on the creative and low carbon business sectors, includes Marine Energy for City Regions, the Power of the Global Network, IFB Creative and Digital Day, Clean and Cool, Sound City Digital, Like Minds and the inaugural International Sport Business Congress. These and other events feature speakers and delegations from around the world - Central and Eastern Europe, the USA and high growth markets of South East Asia and Latin America.

Many of the delegates will plan to visit the IFB Hub at Mann Island to take advantage of the free business services and other facilities available to registered IFB Business Club members.
